As Eastern Insurance Group’s President & CEO and current Chairman of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA), John is an inspirational leader who has been in the industry for more than 30 years. Together, through the Eastern Bank Charitable Foundation, we use a portion of our proceeds to donate millions of dollars every year to nonprofits and charitable organizations throughout New England. However, we think this good-natured spirit is best embodied by the team and individual efforts of our employees. In 2018 alone, Eastern Insurance employees volunteered a collective 3,910 hours of recorded volunteer hours.
