A Letter of Thanks from Eastern Benefits Group

Dear Eastern Benefits Group Clients and Friends, 

As we begin Thanksgiving preparations this week to share time with family and friends, we at EBG would like to thank you. We so greatly appreciate your support and trust in our team. In 2015, your support has helped EBG accomplish a number of things we would like to share with you. 

  • We recently closed our 2015 client satisfaction survey and had an excellent response rate. Our Net Promoter Score (1 through 10 ranking on how strong the respondent would recommend or promote EBG) was extremely high. Our score is in line with such recognizable brands as Southwest Airlines, Apple, Amazon and American Express. We achieved a 96% client satisfaction rating! For the 4% of clients who were not completely satisfied and offered constructive feedback, we are equally thankful that we can learn and improve in serving your needs. 
  • Over the years, EBG has invested much time and effort in helping our clients navigate the challenges of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). From webcasts to seminars to one-on-one meetings to workshops held this year, we have been a market leader in this space. This effort has been led by Colleen Doherty, our Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of Client Services. Thanks to your letters and support, Colleen was named by Employee Benefit Advisor as one of 2015’s “Most Influential Women in Benefit Advising.” This recognition places Colleen in the top 25 nationally. We are proud and thankful to have her leading the charge here.  
  • On November 1, 2015, EBG acquired the employee benefits business of Northwestern Mutual. We are so thankful to have new clients and a new team join our family. Led by Chuck Diamond, we also now have a downtown Boston location to join our Wakefield, Norwell and Northborough locations. Welcome to Eastern Benefits group one and all! 

We look forward to 2016 with continued high level client service, regular communication and new products and services to help manage employee benefit costs and ease administration. In the meantime, let us pause and offer our thanks to you for the opportunity to serve. Have a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!
