Senior Vice President
CHARLES “CHUCK” DIAMOND was born in New Haven, Connecticut. Educated in the New Haven public schools, Chuck was a four year varsity high school baseball player and during his junior and senior year was considered one of the top high school pitchers in Connecticut. He graduated nearby Quinnipiac University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and was a baseball co-captain.
Upon college graduation, Chuck moved up to Boston where he began his career in employee benefits. He started with Great-West Life, followed by Maccabees Mutual where he managed the office and then gained self-funding experience working for Medical Claims Service. In 1984, he helped to start Northwestern Benefit Associates (NBA), which was affiliated with Northwestern Mutual. Chuck was President and is respected among his peers and competitors nationally and locally. In November, 2015, NBA was acquired by Eastern Insurance Group, where he is now Senior Vice President. He is a Registered Health Underwriter, Registered Employee Benefit Consultant and is a Licensed Insurance Producer and Advisor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Chuck and his wife Sharon reside in Newton and New Seabury (Mashpee). They have two sons, Michael and Sam. Besides his love of baseball and his family, Chuck enjoys swimming, golf, music and living life.
