Anthony has developed short and long-term strategies to save money for employers, mitigated trend increases, and improve overall employee health and satisfaction through employee wellness program participation. Anthony’s success stems from his knowledge of the underwriting process, ability to analyze employer utilization, and to negotiate effectively to obtain the best programs and competitive costs for prospective employers. He specializes in employers with between 50 – 3,000 employees, and has created unique solutions for non-profit, for profit, as well as municipal clients.
Anthony’s specialties include creating employee benefit plan strategies to lower health care costs. His extensive experience with Consumer-Driven Health Plans (CDHPs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs), self-funded solutions, Designated Provider Organizations (DPO’s), Tiered and Limited network plans, as well as advising employers on the merits of Defined Contribution plans allow Anthony to present a wide range of options to employers. His strong underwriting and analytical background assists him in utilization analysis, strategic planning and forecasting for his clients, and allow him to be uniquely consultative when advising both prospective and existing clients about options.
