Darlene is an Account Executive who works with successful individuals and families to implement and manage customized personal insurance portfolios. Darlene also works with insurance carriers to problem solve and negotiate lower insurance premiums on several lines of coverage with a focus in remarketing/rewriting accounts maintaining client retention.
Through extensive research and experience, she once provided support to a company underwrite to correct an inappropriate risk rating error - saving her client substantial premium.
Darlene earned a Certified Insurance Service Representatives Elite (CISR-Elite) designation, holds a Property and Casualty Producer license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University. She is on a woman’s candlepin bowling league, enjoys camping and traveling.
