As a Vice President - Sales, Kathleen is responsible for new business development across the platform at Eastern Insurance. Kathleen has over 17 years of consulting experience providing solutions to clients in the areas of Human Resource Outsourcing, Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty.
Prior to joining Eastern Benefits Group, Kathleen spent 7 years at another agency where she was also responsible for new business growth. She attained President’s Circle 3 times and received the Outstanding Achievement Award. She also spent 10 years at an HR Consulting Firm where she provided Outsourced HR, Payroll, Benefits and Workers Compensation to small to mid size companies and brought in 1M in new business revenue. Kathleen’s knowledge of Employee Benefits, Human Resources and Commercial Insurance allows her to be a single source solution for her clients.
Kathleen holds an AS in Business from Middlesex Community College and has a Certificate in Human Resources from Northeastern University. Kathleen volunteers on Eastern’s Military Veterans & Families Network, she is an avid tennis player and currently resides in North Andover with her two daughters.
